IBS Trigger Foods and Eliminating IBS

I have recently come across a great solution for those searching for ibs trigger foods.

A health researcher named Kim Buchanan has released a controversial report about how to permanently cure ibs. To read Kim’s report Click Here

Kim not only details what to eat and why to eat it but also how she stumbled upon what she believes is the cure for ibs.

Kim says that over the last 100 years our diets have changed drastically. As a result our bodies are very sensitive to most foods we consume causing many to experience ibs symptoms. She bases this on the acid alkaline balance within the body. For example coffee used to be a luxury that only a few people drank and now it is widely enjoyed by millions every day.

Kim guarantees she can cure most symptoms of ibs including:

Regular constipation

Bloating and excessive gas

Frequent Diarrhea

Acid Reflux

Food Intolerance

Tiredness throughout the day

Lack of energy

Bad skin

Backache

Headache

Depression or Anxiety

Kim says that more than likely if you have been suffering with ibs for awhile you are probably searching for a natural cure. And that is what she is offering. She has a nice welcome video and also a video testimonial from someone who no longer suffers from ibs since reading Kim’s report.

Kim also says in her report you will discover:

IBS Trigger Foods List

IBS Trigger Foods vary from person to person. Just as the exact cause of your ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) is likely different from that of even a close family member with ibs, so too are the foods that trigger the condition.

Odds are you may already have an idea of the foods that tend to make your ibs worse. I have found for me personally that anything greasy is among the worse ibs trigger foods in producing particularly bad symptoms.

The most well known ibs trigger foods are:

- Alcohol

- Artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes

- Artificial fats (Olestra)

- Carbonated beverages

- Coconut milk

- Coffee (even decaffeinated)

- Dairy

- Egg yolks

- Fried Foods

- Oils

- Poultry skin and dark meat

- Red meat

- Shortening

- Solid Chocolate

More than likely not everything listed above is an ibs trigger food that will flare up your symptoms. But by identifying which ones do will allow you to better control your ibs. Sometimes simplifying things can be a great place to start.

The 4 most common foods people try to avoid to see if their ibs improves are:

Milk – Try soy or almond milk instead to rule out lactose intolerance

Cheese – Try soy, goat, or rice cheese to rule out lactose intolerance

Sugar – Substitute with Stevia, Ideal, or honey

Wheat- Try rice, kamut, millet, quinoa, amaranth

In addition many people have found that eating smaller more frequent meals is much better for their digestive systems and there are no ibs trigger foods to avoid. This is particularly true if you notice that you experience cramping and diarrhea after eating a large meal. People frequently eat large meals when eating out such as at a buffet so that may be something you need to avoid until you have better control of your ibs.

By experimenting with avoiding certain foods and eating smaller meals  it is likely you can find some sort of combination that will help ease your ibs symptoms. Good Luck.
